Modern and efficient hood systems prevent the escape of emissions from the operation of coke oven machines into the atmosphere.

HuDe hood systems are optimally adapted to the operation process and combine a maximum of efficiency with low operating costs.

Protection Device

HuDe builds a variable protective device for a door cleaning system entirely newly developed by DMT for the RAG Prosper coke plant in Bottrop.

 

The guard prevents from flying around cleaning residues and minimizes the sound development while maintaining the required visual monitoring capabilities of the total machine as a whole.

In the past, the operation of stand pipe actuators was always a critical and dangerous part of the coke oven machinery automation.

The new stand pipe automation system AUTOSTANDPIPE solves this problems in a safe and efficiency manner.

Track Clearance Measurements

New HuDe system for measurement of track clearance.

 

The HuDe measuring system for track clearance is mainly used in metro area. The verification of compliance with the clear area is required by law to maintain the safety of rail operations and therefore of considerable importance.

Stamping Control

Automation for an optimal stamping process

In the conventional control of stamping machines the operating experiences and the feeling for dosage was indispensable.

The newly developed and patented HuDe stamping control system allows an accurate metering of the stamping performance in conformity with the requirements of the current coal mixture.
